Apple will apparently be releasing a new version of the MacBook Air tomorrow, according to a new report from 9to5Mac. According to the report, the company has already started delivering new models of the 11 inch and 13 inch models to Apple retail stores and is expected to make the new models available on the Apple online store tomorrow. The new models are expected to have speed bumped Intel Haswell processors, but aside from this it is unclear what, if any, other changes will be implemented in the new models.
The new processors will apparently include a 1.4GHz Core i5 processor which succeeds the 1.3GHz version that is found in the current models. The new processors can receive a Turbo Boost up to 2.7GHz. The graphics chips in the new models will continue to be Intel HD 5000.
There is no word yet on the pricing of the new models, but it is anticipated that the online Apple Store will go down prior to their introduction.
