Apple is currently in the process of designing a developing iPhone devices with large curved screens which would be released in 2014, according to a new report. The report comes from Bloomberg, who suggest that the screens of the new devices, with diagonal measurements of 4.7 inches and 5.5. inches, won’t just be larger than current devices but will also be curved. The report also suggests that Apple will also be incorporating significantly improved touch sensitivity into new devices that a released after 2014.
While details on the new devices are scarce, the curvature of the screens is said to be most prominent at the edges of the devices, with ‘glass that curves downward at the edges’. The new devices are apparently at a very early stage in development and the report suggests that they could be released as early as Q3 of 2014.
